Shipping Information - Master's D/signs BDSM Lifestyle Accessories For Discriminating Tastes

We ship all Restraint and Impact items via USPS Priority Mail as standard
delivery. Expect 4 to 6 weeks for delivery from receipt of payment in full on
most orders to allow for Hand Crafting. Dungeon Furniture items are shipped
via UPS Ground Service to save on shipping costs.

Custom designs are "created per request" and it may take several days for us to
create your unique item. Sometimes additional time is required for these items.

Our commitment is to communication from start to finish. We will notify you if
there are any issues concerning our crafting of your item and we will give you
an estimated completion date.

Packaging:
We use USPS Priority Mail packaging and return address label from "Master's
D/signs".

Separate Packages:
In order to save you on shipping costs (splitting orders may incur additional
shipping costs), we make our best attempts at packing all of your products into
one package. There may be times when we must split the order due to
oversized items.

Shipping:
For security purposes, we must require that your "Bill to" address matches the
address where your credit card statement is mailed. "Ship to" address may be
different. Conflicts with the "Bill to" address may delay your package.

We accept as payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. All payments must be
in US Funds. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks must be drawn on US Banks.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Restraints, Floggers, Harnesses, Bondage Lingerie, Corsets and Footwear will
be shipped by USPS Priority mail and incur shipping charges based upon the
weight and shipping address.

Dungeon Furniture will be shipped via UPS Ground Service and will incur
shipping charges based upon the weight and shipping address..
